OUR MISSION
Sidecar Leader is a coaching practice dedicated to coming alongside executive church leaders that desire health and growth in order to reach their full potential. Through a proven process with an emphasis on people, culture, systems, and strategy, we equip leaders with practical solutions to complex challenges.
We come alongside leaders and leadership teams to help them clarify their vision, fine-tune their values, and solidify their culture. With the challenges that come with growth, we help leaders scale and structure their organization for health and sustainable growth, prioritize staff hires and maximize personnel placement, train in standardizing ministry practices, and work alongside leaders helping them problem solve in order to break through and go to the next level.
